Roddy Ngolomingi

Founder

Roddy Ngolomingi is a passionate soccer coach with a deep love for the game. His journey in soccer began at the tender age of 5 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where his talent and dedication were evident from the start. He honed his skills playing for FC Dragon in Kinshasa before embarking on a remarkable journey that would take him to new heights in the world of soccer.

Ngolomingi's passion for soccer led him to pursue playing opportunities alongside his education. He found himself playing for the NCAA Division III school, Gordon College, where his talent shone brightly. During his time at Gordon College, Ngolomingi experienced the thrill of victory firsthand, winning two championships with the team.

One of his fondest memories as a Gordon men's soccer player occurred during the 2021 season. On Senior Day, with emotions running high, Ngolomingi etched his name into the annals of Gordon College history by scoring the golden goal against Wentworth, securing a thrilling 2-1 victory. This moment not only showcased his skill on the field but also his ability to rise to the occasion when it mattered most.

Beyond his playing career, Ngolomingi has also made significant contributions as a coach. He has served as a coach for Victory Club and MooreSoccer Academy, where he imparted his knowledge and love for the game to aspiring young athletes. Additionally, Ngolomingi has led summer camps with the CCA women's team, providing valuable instruction and mentorship to players of all skill levels.

Currently, Ngolomingi is coaching the Women's Soccer team at Gordon College as an assistant coach. His dedication to inspiring the next generation of soccer players leaves a lasting impact on the sport.
